Hello and welcome! Today I wanted to showcase my first sketch challenge for My Favorite Things! I used the cute Bitty Bears stamp set and Pine Tree Forest Stencil to create my project.
I first created my background utilizing Silver Nuvo Glimmer Paste. While I set the first background aside to dry, I started working on my Copic coloring. I stamped the Bears in Hero Arts Intense Black Ink and colored the images with Copic markers (E49,47,57,23, and 25). After I was done coloring my images, I used the coordinating dies to cut them out.
I blended my small background using Distress Inks (Twisted Citron, Cracked Pistachio, and Evergreen Bough). After I was done ink blending, I once again used the Pine Tree Forest Stencil, along with Moon Stone Nuvo Glimmer Paste to create the smaller background.
Once I assembled my card, I heat embossed my sentiment with Silver embossing powder. For the finishing touch, I used my Spectrum Noir Sparkle pen on the images the Bears were holding.
